What is Healing Touch for Animals, and how does it work?

Healing Touch for Animals (HTA) is a set of techniques that support an animal's energetic body, so the physical body and mental strength can maintain the health and wellness they deserve. These techniques can aid the animal in healing.

Is Healing Touch safe for senior pets or pets with chronic conditions?

HTA can be done on all species and all ages of living beings, no matter their level of wellness. It is a safe, gentle and natural approach to animal health and wellness through each stage of life.

Can Healing Touch be done remotely or only in person?

HTA techniques can be done as hands-on/touch treatments, near touch techniques and remote.  The techniques may also include aromatherapy and/or sound therapy as discerned by the practitioner as they assess the animal's needs.

How long does a typical Healing Touch session last?

Typically there is and initial assessment and history session (about 60 min) and then a treatment session which is also typically 60 min, but this is determined by the comfort level of the animal being treated

Where are your classes held, and how do I sign up?

I teach Pet CPR in a variety of locations.  I am happy to come to your location!  I teach pet professionals and pet parents.  SIgn up at PetTech.net.  You can search for classes near you by zip code. Or feel free to contact me directly and I can send you a direct class link.  Or we can set up a class at your location.  Let's talk!

How much do your classes cost?

Please contact me for pricing.  Tuition can sometimes vary to include travel fees or room costs.

Do you offer group discounts or private sessions?

Rescues and pet professionals may be eligible for special rates.  Because of the amount of equipment that is used in the class, I typically do not do private session, but I'm happy to work with you to set up a small class at your location.
